Easy Steps to Apply

Complete Application Form
Complete the “Education Agent Application Form” issued by Helix College and ensure that all required sections are accurately filled in. This includes providing comprehensive information relating to business details, services offered, staff profiles, fee arrangements, professional memberships, and referral information.

Provide Supporting Documents
Please attach the necessary supporting documents, such as business registration certificates, current partnership agreements, fee structure information, and other relevant documents requested by Helix College.

Review the Code of Conduct
Applicants are required to carefully review and understand the “Student Recruitment Education Agent Code of Conduct” provided in the application form. This includes outlining the responsibilities of both Helix College and its education agents, and ensuring full compliance with the National Code of Practice 2018 and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

By signing the declaration at the end of the application form, applicants confirm their commitment to representing Helix College with honesty and professionalism. By signing, the applicant agrees to abide by all institutional policies, codes of conduct, and applicable standards established by Helix College and relevant regulatory authorities.
